A high-stakes residential project on a complex contoured site. Our task was to convert diverse unit typologies and architectural intent into a high-precision, construction-ready BIM framework that optimized every square foot. 150 Dwelling Units | 12 Habitable Floors | 3 Basement Levels
Our Role & Approach
We functioned as the technical backbone, ensuring the design survived the transition from concept to reality. Efficiency-First Stacking: Optimized unit and utility stacking to ensure maximum net leasable area. Topographical Mastery: Engineered seamless transitions between the 3-level basement parking and the sloped site conditions.
